Highland Park’s May Property sales were 34, down -15.0% from 40 in May of 2010 and -2.9% lower than the 35 sales last month. May 2011 sales were at a mid level compared to May of 2010 and 2009. May YTD sales of 118 are running -22.4% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 152.

The Median Sales Price in May was $397,500, up 13.8% from $349,375 in May of 2010 and down -13.0% from $457,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in May was $529,366, down -0.6% from $532,784 in May of 2010 and down -13.6% from $612,813 last month. May 2011 ASP was at a mid range compared to May of 2010 and 2009.
