The Median Sales Price in February was $541,000, equal to February of 2010 and up 71.7% from $315,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $648,250, equal to  February of 2010 and up 152.2% from $257,000 last month. February 2011 ASP was at highest level compared to February of 2010 and 2009.
