Prices- Median list price is +2%, the median under contract price is unchanged and the sold price is
-31%.

Unit sales- There is a -5% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +78% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +62%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -50% to 12 months supply.
