Prices- Median list price is +4%, the median under contract price is-2% and the sold price is +8%.

Unit sales- There is a -2% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +43% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +62%..

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -33% to 16 months supply.
