Prices- Median list price is +4%, the median under contract price is -7% and the sold price is -12%.
Unit sales- There is a -4% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +100% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +25%..
Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -56% to 5 months supply.
