Prices- Median list price is +2%, the median under contract price is -39% and the sold price is -11%.

Unit sales- There is a -12% increase in the number of homes for sale, a +43% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +275%..

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -38% to 22 months supply.
