Prices- Median list price is -12%, the median under contract price is -21% and the sold price is -14%.

Unit sales- There is a -10% increase in the number of homes for sale, a -12% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was -14%..

Inventory- Months supply of inventory increased +3% to 18 months supply.
