Prices- Median list price is -6%, the median under contract price is +6% and the sold price is -47%.

Unit sales- There is a -27% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +27% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +18%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -44% to 8 months supply.
