Prices- Median list price is -13%, the median under contract price is +82% and the sold price is +21%.

Unit sales- There is a -5% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a -50% decrease in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +300%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -102% to 43 months supply.
