Prices- Median list price is +2%, the median under contract price is +19% and the sold price is +28%.

Unit sales- There is a +2% increase in the number of homes for sale, a +171% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was unchanged.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -64% to 15 months supply.
