Prices- Median list price is -2%, the median under contract price is +39% and the sold price is -38%.

Unit sales- There is a -20% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +12% increase in homes under contract and the number of homes sold was +80%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -25% to 11 months supply.
