Prices- Median list price is -16%, the median under contract price is -+22% and the sold price is +17%

Unit sales- There is a —9% decline in the number of homes for sale, a +300% increase in homes under contract and
the number of homes sold was +33%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -77% to 19 months supply.
