Lake Bluff IL Real Estate Update November 2009

The following statistics show November 2009 year over year changes in the Lake Bluff IL real

estate market. All data is from MRED MLS system.

Prices- Median list price is -19% but the median sold price is -8.4%

Unit sales- There is -5% decrease in the number of homes for sale, the number of homes sold was up 200%.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -70% to 18 months supply.
