Kenilworth Il Real Estae Update November 2009

The following statistics show November 2009 year over year changes in the Kenilworth IL real

estate market. All data is from MRED MLS system.

Prices- Median list price is -5%, the median under contract price is -63%and there were on sales in Nov,2009

Unit sales- There is a -12% decline in the number of homes for sale, a +100% increase in homes under contract and there were no sales in Nov 2009

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -52% to 21 months supply.
