Prices- Median list price is -7% but the median selling price is +1%

Unit sales- There is a +4% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +300% increase in homes under contract and -38% in number of homes sold.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -78% and days on market (DOM) decreased

 -11%.
