Northbrook IL Real Estate Update October2009

NORTHBROOK

The following statistics show October 2009 year over year changes in the Northbrook IL real estate market. All data is from MRED MLS system.

Prices- Median list price is -18% but the median selling price is -31%

Unit sales- There is a 11% decrease in the number of homes for sale, a +124% increase in homes under contract and +6% in number of homes sold.

Inventory- Months supply of inventory declined -63% and days on market (DOM) increased +15%.
