There wasn't a huge disparity in Highland Park between August 2007 & August 2009 for Home sold - only 10 more were sold two years ago.  The amount of inventory has also come down from last year and the year before. 

The median price has dropped significantly from the last two years but should be trending upwards again.

Again, a wonderful time to buy and if you are relocating, this is still one of the best times to do so.
