The weather is changing again.  Looks like we'll have a 60 degree change in one week, which all of us are, unfortunately, are used to. In this case, it means warmer weather, much warmer.  Most of us will want to catch up with outside work, spring cleaning or perhaps spend sometime with the family doing something other than sledding. The great news for Real Estate in Chicago is that when the weather changes, the real estate activity really picks up. 

Today it was announced that we haven't seen a stall in home sales like this in 60 years.  So many things have hit at once, it has changed the minds of people looking to move.  The change in weather will definitely increase the activity in the market. 

So here's to those 90 degree days ahead and put on your sunblock tomorrow (it's next to your snow boots) because it's gonna be a hot one - lets hope it's the same for the market!
